Abstract |
The article analyses the general problems that arise when regulating the collection of information about a person's private life, as well as their resolution in decisions of the highest courts - the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation. The dependence of the social aspects of citizens' activities on access to various databases is shown. The change in the general concept of privacy is highlighted. The formation of the main legal framework dedicated to the regulation of information relations and the collection of personal data is shown. At the same time, law enforcement practice proceeds from a special interpretation of certain provisions by the judicial authorities. Particular attention is paid to the Resolution of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation of February 18, 2000 no. 3-P, which sets out the legal positions regarding the collection of personal data. |
